  1. Hi is there a way to raise a new request via the Ios app?
  2. Hi Just a general enquiry really to see if there is a User version of the Hornbill mobile application in development at all ? Due to the nature of our working methods, a mobile application would be really beneficial for our staff to make use of on either a smart phone, or a tablet. Very often our staff would not have a desktop PC to logon to raise a call but would utilise an iPad to access systems as this suits the nature of their role. An app of some sort would be so useful going forward and as our staff are making use of app's more often on mobile devices, this would be ideal! I did have a quick search on the Forum to see if anyone has suggested this previously but couldn't find anything, so my apologies if this is a repeated enquiry. If there is an existing thread could you point me to it at all please? Many thanks
  3. Our teams are experiencing significant slowness in downloading the request list on the mobile app. Has anyone else had this happen? We've ensured the iPhone is up to date. We clear the cache on the app. The only workaround we've identified is navigating to a page with less content, like Workspaces, then navigating back to the Request list which then loads faster. Our Maintenance team uses the app as their primary device for Hornbill and rarely have access to a PC. Therefore it's very inconvenient to their daily work.

I have recently started using the Service Manager iOS app and I have noticed that when trying to assign calls the 2 drop down menus to select Team and Analyst are blank and when I go back to the previous screen within the app and go back to the Assign Call the drop downs then show up as [undefined]. I have attached a couple of images for clarity. Would this only be applicable to our instance or is this a wider issue with the app itself?
  5. Hi all, I don't seem to be able to access Change Requests from within the Hornbill app. I just get the attached error message. I can however see the changes from the desktop site. Also when viewing requests it cuts the top of the list off (second screenshot) and I have to pull the list down to see the reference number (although when I let go it jumps back under the menu bar again.) iPhone SE (not my fault) on iOS 11.2.6. I haven't tried it on my personal iPhone (7) and think it may be a screen size issue with the SE. Thanks
  6. Hello, I was hoping you may have an update on notifications displaying incorrectly on the hornbill mobile app for IOS. This is with the latest update. The words do not display correctly. Please see screenshot below. Regards, Melissa
  7. Is there a way to customise the request view on the mobile app? Our analysts don't care too much about the ticket number, more who has logged the call, when, and the summary. Regards, Mike.
  8. We have started our "live" system today and since the Hornbill clean-up utility was run, we are unable to view our Request List our iPhones. The guide suggests activating the iPhone within Account Settings however we can't see the Mobile tab as indicated. Further to this, I have attached a screenshot. Does anyone have any pointers on this?
