Is there any way to force the Hornbill system to pull mail from the mailbox? We had an issue preventing the configured mailbox IMAP connection which has been resolved and the test shows success, but no mail is being pulled from mailbox to hornbill mailbox? Is there anywhere to see logs for mailbox activity?
Hello we have two shared mailboxes, one is updating fine and emails are being processed within hornbill but the other mailbox has randomly stopped working.
