  1. Good morning, I would like to request for a Human Task to be highlighted (configurable?) if the task is assigned to the person viewing the request. Becomes (for example)
  2. Hi, Here at Milton Keynes Council its been requested that we try to implement a mechanism to priortise certain 'VIP' officers (CEO, Councillors etc.) and the their requests. I've found details about the enhancement applied in Q3 2020 - https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php?title=Service_Manager_Quarterly_Update_2020_Q3 - whereby banners can be applied for VIPP requests. 1. Has anyone implemented this and does it require updating all the BPMs linked to Progressive Captures? 2. Is there a way to highlight the request, using colour, once it arrives in the Service Manager request queue for further visibility ? 3. Are there any other alternatives to prioritise these type of VIP customers? Many thanks Rashid Milton Keynes Council
  3. When having a very active work spaces with multiple new post and comments, it would be useful to be able to indicate or highlight the one which are new/unread, a bit like how the request list highlights analyst unread as yellow background. Cheers Martyn
  4. When using the Filter in Board Manager, there is no indication of which swim lane the matches are in, so if the board card is not on the screen due to the position of the scroll bar for a swim lane containing more cards than can be displayed on the screen, you have to scroll through all the swim lanes. Could the filter indicate/highlight the swim lanes there are matches in? Cheers Martyn
