Over the past quarter, Team Hornbill has added a number of new features to Service Manager that you may not have been aware of. We have added a new section to the Wiki to give you a quarterly overview of these new features, along with some information around the setup and configuration if you would like to use them. We would like to set up some task templates but have found that you cannot predetermine certain actions, for example, we would like a template which had the predetermined options of Assign To - Group as it defaults to User and you can't seem to change it. Also, we would like to set the Outcomes options buttons and also to remove the Time Spent section. Has anyone been able to create these types of tasks? I have included a screenshot of the options that we have when creating a task

Is there anywhere where I can see a list of all the enhancements\features applied to Hornbill service manager over the last 6 \ 12 months? Thanks Chris
