  1. Afternoon all, I have just come back from 13 Months of Maternity leave and my brain is a bit fuzzy! I have a user who needs to be able to edit the summary and description of a ticket but i cannot figure out what role I need to apply to give him access to this. Many thanks and apologies for the question Hayley.
  2. In Admin Tool 1202, it mentions the the ability to edit live instances of a BPM has now been moved to general availability. "Workflow - BPM - Editing Live Instances: Removed experimental flag. Feature is now generally available." Is there any documentation on this at all? Is it possible to make a correction to a previous version of a BPM and it applies to all current active requests, or do you have to make the change to each request instance of the BPM? Cheers Martyn
  3. Hi, Another timestamp related post I'm afraid. I have just edited an update I made at 10:35 this morning and on the update in the timeline it shows the following. I understand that the timestamp is appended to the bottom of the update to show an edit has been made, but we think it should at least show the timestamp indicating the timezone where the edit was made, e.g. in this instance it should show "2019-09-17 10:35:11 BST".
  4. Afternoon Guys, I am wondering if their is a way to remove posts that have been created in error? I cannot see a obvious way to do it? Please see example: Thanks Hayley.
  5. Would it be possible (or is it possible) to show calls on a board in a particular order? For example, I would like to show the latest calls FIRST. Currently they're shown LAST. If you've got a board with 50 calls on it, it would make more sense (to me) to have the latest ones at the top. The best solution would be to have a SORT on FIELD option when you edit the board.
  6. Good afternoon, We have been trying to update information on a Asset. when we click on the asses and then select Edit - select the dropdown for Physical Location infromation and edit it. Then click save. It does nothing. The button doesn't even register that i have clicked it. We have tried doing it on different Pc's, Different users access on hornbill & The admin account on hornbill aswell. Also we have used Chrome, Firefox, Internet explorer and Edge. The issue is happening on all of them. It appears that it is a issue with windows 10 from what i can see. as it works on other pc's if they are not windows 10? Any ideas? Hayley.
  7. Though you can edit your 'Comments' in a workspace after submitting them, you do not appear to have the ability edit your own 'Post'. Is there a reason for this or is this just something that has yet to be implemented? Cheers Martyn
  8. Hi all, Is there a way to edit the details section of a call? If a user input incorrect info into the procap for example? Thanks Dan
  9. Hi, is is possible to remove the "edit" button on a human task?
  10. Is it possible to delete or edit posts? The preference would be the permission to edit/delete own posts only? Regards, Mike.
