  1. Service Details and FAQ's are currently the same source when viewed in either portal, i.e. Employee and Customer Portals. When operating a services across both internal and external support, this generates a challenge when wanting to insert links to other content such as documents, services, other FAQ's etc. At the moment we have to put in the links using the customer portal URL for external customers (contacts) access, but these then fail to work when the same content is accessed via the Employee Portal. Can we request conditional formatting similar to that in the email templates to allow text and links to be inserted depending on a variable, in our example the Portal type. Cheers Martyn
  2. Is there any update on the fixing of KE00163927 which affect the use of the Service Id parameter in Progressive Captures for decision nodes and conditional fields? This is having quite an impact for us, as we prompt for different questions in our progressive capture based on the service the request is being logged against. Cheers Martyn
  3. Can I raise an enhancement request to have the ability to add conditions to the Human Task outcomes themselves, so that there is an option to only provide the Analyst with the option to choose an outcome if a set of conditions is met. This way we can use a more generic Human Task in the workflow, but apply come validation to the outcome when the task is being attempted to be completed. i.e. the option to update a JIRA ticket with a comment is greyed out if the custom field containing the JIRA reference is blank. The aim would be that the conditions are check when then the task is opened to be completed, not when the task is created. Cheers Martyn
