  1. Hi, Is there a way that I can enable an email update to a customer when one of our analysts adds a comment to a request? If the customer is logged into the Portal and is looking at the request, they will see any updates we make in the feed, but if they are not, then I cannot see how they are informed that an update has been made. Any ideas please folks? Thanks Steve.
  2. At the moment you can only 'Raise a Request' from the parent post in a workspace. Could this also be enabled against a comment on a post? Often the initial workspace post will not have sufficient details in it and it will not be until later in the conversation on the post that you want to raise the request using the text from the comment not the original post. No problem with link still being back to the whole post, but it would make it easier using the comment text. Cheers Martyn
  3. When inserting in to a work space timeline comment, the UI tells me the number of characters left, but then errors stating it is too large, so somewhat confused. One of them must be wrong Cheers Martyn
  4. At the moment you can add a multiple lines of text into 'Posts', i.e. you can use the carriage return (Enter) to layout and enter a large amount of sturtured text into a the post. But when entering a Comment or Answer, you are only able to inserts one continuous string of text as it is submitted when you press Enter. Is there any plans to apply the same UI process as with a Post when you press a button to submit you Comment or Answer? Cheers Martyn
  5. Am I missing something obvious or isn't there a button to confirm a comment? I appreciate you can hit enter however I think this should be reserved for a carriage return? This issue is mirrored between Chrome and Edge.
