  1. We are setting up a number of custom Asset Types which have similar configuration/fields, so can we request an enhancement to be able to copy an existing Asset Type, so that we do not need to set them up from scratch each time. Cheers Martyn
  2. With the 'Software' Asset parent type we have the ability to specify Vendor, Product and Version information for the respective drop down list. However these drop down are available on all 'Software' Asset Types. Can we raise an enhancement to have the ability to restrict at the Vendor or Product level values available for a specific Asset Type. This will ensure the data validation is correct and appropriate for the Assets being created under the Asset Type. Cheers Martyn
  3. Hi, We are currently importing various types of assets into our Service Manager instance. We have found that, when logging an incident/service request via the customer portal, all types of assets are presented to the customer - including servers, switches etc. We would like to be able to filter out certain asset types on the portal, via the "asset details" out of the box form, so that only those relevant to the end user are presented. Is there any way that this can be achieved? I've looked within the "Asset Management" section of Service Manager and cannot see anywhere that this would be set. Thanks Lauren
  4. Hello, I am currently working on to update software information to reflect accurate information of each software including product and version. However when I added information to Version and then click update. I went back to the software asset to edit "Software Information", click on Vendor, then product and version. This is what happened: Despite of the information that already input, see below: Can you have a look and see whether this is a bug or there is a specific characters to type in order for it to appear? Thanks, Aaron Summers
  5. It would be really useful to have the ability to specify in the Progressive Capture - Asset Form, a number of filters, there by being able to control the assets listed, by Asset Type Organisation owned assets Contact owned assets Cheers Martyn
