  1. Hi, I am a newly appointed administrator for Hornbill at Basildon, Mid Essex and Southend hospitals, and have my first enquiry ! We are doing some testing using the mobile application with one of our engineers today, and it appears there was some degradation in the quality of the image uploaded from his handset so i wanted to check if possible please : Is there compression on all images during upload? Whats the typical size of an image and 30 second video once uploaded What housekeeping functionality do we have IE auto archive bases on ch

I have recently started using the Service Manager iOS app and I have noticed that when trying to assign calls the 2 drop down menus to select Team and Analyst are blank and when I go back to the previous screen within the app and go back to the Assign Call the drop downs then show up as [undefined]. I have attached a couple of images for clarity. Would this only be applicable to our instance or is this a wider issue with the app itself?
  3. Could we please have a sorting functionality implemented for Reqeusts in the mobile app? The filtering is good. With different request types and predefined views (association). But a button to reverse the sorting would be really nice. I don't see a way of sorting from newest to oldest in todays app.
  4. At the moment when updating an application via the App Store, it is only possible to select the most recent release of an application to update too, irrespective of the number of intermediate releases. Would it be possible to have the option to be able to select and update to an intermediate release? Cheers Martyn
