I am sure I must be missing something simple, but how do you add a request to the Board in the New Board Manager from the BPM? I can see how you would do it with the Service Manager Boards, but not with the new Board Manager ones. I can also see how you do it in the SLA Escalations actions, but I want to add it to the board as soon as it is logged based on it fitting certain criteria. Hopefully someone can enlighten me what I have missed. Cheers Martyn
