  1. Related to our linked post below, we are having issues with the syntax of the Reporter and Watcher ID now that we need to pass the accountID value rather than the clear text username. I have a valid accountID value but passing in as a literal does not work, so suspect I need to adjust the format/syntax of what we are passing to get it to be interrupted correctly via the API. Has anyone else hit this issue? Do we currently prefix the value type in this field as "name": parameter? Atlassian have been changing there API to tighten up security and data protection, so when using the existing methods to 'Add Watcher' or specify the 'Reporter' on the 'Create Issue' you are no longer able to provide the clear text username or email address. Therefore can we request and additional method to allow us to obtain the accountID by passing in a textual username. The api allows multiple lookups, but we would just want to query singular at the moment as part of getting the Atlassian accountID of the current user in Hornbill.   3. Is there a way to change the user id of an account as we have someone who has got married and their username has changed? Hopefully, this is something that can easily be fixed but it's not currently allowing us to change this value.
  4. We currently use single sign on via ADFS and LDAP Import to manage our authentication process into Hornbill. At the moment users will be stopped from logging in to Hornbill when there AD account is disabled, but if the user already has a connection open to Hornbill prior to the account being disabled they are able to continue to use the system. Is it currently possible via the LDAP Importer to update the Hornbill User's status to suspended based on the AD Disabled attribute and secondly if a Hornbill account is suspended when a user is logged in do they get logged out?   5. Hello, If a user is removed from Active Directory is their Hornbill account also removed automatically? If so, how long does this take and what happens to any calls that they may have - either assigned to them or raised by them. Thanks, Melissa
