  1. Would it be possible for the Request Cleaner to provide a affected count of the number of records which will be deleted prior the confirmations and also include this in the progress updates as well as the current blocks? Cheers Martyn
  2. The recently updated Hornbill Request Cleaner, version 1.9.0, archive for windows appear to be missing the example conf.json file. https://github.com/hornbill/goHornbillCleaner/releases/tag/1.9.0 https://wiki.hornbill.com/index.php/Hornbill_Clean_Utility Can the archive be updated to include the example file for this release? Cheers Martyn
  3. We are using the Request Cleaner as part our testing for our initial project to migrate from Support Works to the Collaboration Platform, which enables use to do multiple test transfers and wipe all requests. Once we are Live with this we are planning to migrate a number of other desks into the system, so would not be able to do the same test transfer process as the Request Cleaner deletes all requests and we do not have a 'test' instance as such. Would it be possible for the ability to add a selection criteria facility the Request Cleaner to allow partial deletion of requests? Cheers Martyn
  4. I'm trying to clear down the assets in preparation for a fresh upload using the cleaner but get this: D:\hornbill>hornbillCleaner_w64.exe ===== Hornbill Cleaner Utility v1.0.3 ===== WARNING! (yes/no): yes Are you absolutely sure? Type in the word 'delete' to confirm... delete sqlQuery was unsuccessful for table [h_cmdb_assets]: Unable to execute query There are no assets to delete. I know I have some assets
  5. We are using the Request Cleaner tool to clear down requests created/loaded as part of our testing. Having previously loaded historic updates from Support Works, including attachments, I have run the tool this morning to clear down all requests. Checking my disk usage on the instance via the admin tool the space taken up by loading of the Historic Update Attachments does not appear to have been released. Is there a time delay between cleaning down the requests and the linked attachments being removed? Cheers Martyn
