We would like to set up some task templates but have found that you cannot predetermine certain actions, for example, we would like a template which had the predetermined options of Assign To - Group as it defaults to User and you can't seem to change it. Also, we would like to set the Outcomes options buttons and also to remove the Time Spent section. Has anyone been able to create these types of tasks? I have included a screenshot of the options that we have when creating a task
As it is possible to customise the branding of both the Service and Customer Portals, including using a link to you own logo, can the login page on the Service and Customer Portal inherit the logo link from the appropriate portal customisation setting rather than displaying the Hornbill logo? It appears that Hornbill has not updated the icons available when configuring the system for a while now. Looking at the font awesome website (http://fontawesome.io/), you can see that many more icons are available. It is a shame not to take advantage of the latest release from Font Awesome...
Hi, I have been asked by my boss if it is possible to use the service name in the URL we generate from the custom buttons. Unfortunately, I cannot see it. Is it possible to insert this variable reference from another screen ("Settings" maybe)? If not, is it possible to extend a little bit this list? At least the service name would be valuable variable to have here, especially for integration with other systems.
