  1. Is there any way to bulk create services within Service Manager, i.e. us a import file of some kind to create the Service and set Business Process name, assigned Teams etc? We have a large volume of Services to setup and looking to see if this can be automated in anyway. Thanks Martyn
  2. When we have a customer name change, I need a way of bulk changing their tickets to the new name. At the moment I'm having to change them one by one - which is a pain. Is there a better way of doing this - ideally would want this done as a bulk action (eg. tick all the relevant tickets and change name once). Nasim
  3. Hello, Can we have the ability to do bulk actions against Documentations? I have uploaded quite a few Documentations and now I need to put them into a library and am having to do this one-by-one.... Going into them, making it "Active", putting it into a Library (or two) and choosing multiple users to share with. Have the ability to bulk action on them would speed this up freeing up my time to do other things. Thanks, Samuel
  4. Hi all, I am about to embark on the onerous task of putting the same customer feedback questions on each service we have. I really like the flexibility that being able to set specific questions on each service and each request type. However, this is the first time we're enabling any kind of customer feedback (not before time IMO) so to start with we're keeping things simple and straightforward so as to not cause culture shock for our end users, and each service will have the same 5 questions for now. Is there a way to do this in bulk? I've had a look and can't see anything obvious. Thanks in advance. Chris
  5. Similar to my earlier post (link below) about, is is possible to do a direct SQL update to set the 'Feedback Expiry' value on multiple services? The default is null/not limited when the feature was introduced and want to set a common value across all 100 plus services. Cheers Martyn
  6. Is there a way via direct SQL to bulk enable timesheet plugin on multiple Services? We have in excess of 100 services, so it would be good if there was workaround to be able to enables timesheet plugs in bulk. Longer terms it would be a good idea to have the ability to apply operations/settings to multiple services in one operation rather than having to do it individually. Cheers Martyn
