  1. When using the Print option on the request screen it would be really useful to be able to have an additional tick box in the timeline option to flag whether all entries are include or only those which are flagged as public. This way we can produce an output that can be sent to a customer, where as at the moment the output can only really be used internally as it does not take into account the visibility settings on the entries. Cheers Martyn
  2. At the moment when you make changes to any field in the 'Details' section of the request form a timeline entry is created, but simply states ' Request details updated ' with no further details. Would it be possible to include details of which fields where updated, as there is no indication which and what number of fields where updated. Cheers Martyn
  3. When sending an email to a customer from Service Manager (i.e. visibility is to customer) and specifying contacts in the BCC address, these are then inserted into the timeline entry, so they are are visible on the customer/service portal to the customer. The timeline entry should not contain the BCC email address in the timeline update text, but only in the attached email, which is then be accessed through the 'View Email' action. The customer is not able to view the original source email via the customer/service portal, only the text of the email inserted into the timeline entry. Cheers Martyn
  4. At the moment in most BPM nodes you have the ability to determine if the timeline is updated or not. What would be useful is for these options to be expanded to include the visibility of the timeline update, i.e. have the option No, Yes and Yes (Team only). Cheers Martyn
  5. Would it be possible to have a field in the Email Snippets that inserts the text of the last timeline update, i.e. if you completed and updated an a task, you can then send an email to the customer using a snippet but bringing in the text from the completed task? Cheers Martyn
  6. We have a number of analysts that add comments to calls but it doesn't show in the timeline who is adding what, is there an easy way to find out who has added comments etc. Regards Chris
