  1. Hi I have a report that runs between two dates looking for all open, on hold or closed tickets, but I also need to check to see if there were any calls that are still open from a previous date that are carried over. So example, I run the report for all calls open between July 1st to August 30th Then I need to check for any open calls between March to June 30th as these need including in the report. Is this possible? Thanks Chris
  2. Hello, When running a report in the Service Manager, the Report Inputs (such as the datetime range) are not correctly formatted. We use Google Chrome (the latest version) and have updated to the latest version of the Service Manager on Tuesday 8pm. This is what it looks like: As you can see we cannot see the numbers in the time fields. The up and down arrows i believe just needs to be moved to the right of the input fields maybe? Thanks, Samuel
  3. Hello, I have created a report using the h_lib_documents table. I have selected the necessary columns, including the tags: I changed the order of the tags column, then had look at the Data Preview... i can see that many Documents do not have any tags (some do). I then go to the actual document on the front end, and can visibly see tags on it. See the highlighted document with no tags: The document highlighted above does actually have tags: (link)/docmanager/document/details/DOC20150900000004 Can someone advise on what's going on?
