Hi, I have come in this morning to find that none of the analysts can raise any tickets and are getting the attached error when they try. I can raise tickets (as I have super user access) but this is not a work around I am comfortable with. Can we have this looked at ASAP Thanks

Hi all, Since I did the update yesterday two of our PC forms fail to complete. I have since done the other update today with no change. Can someone have a look at this ASAP please as the two PCs in question are for new starters and role changes (the PCs are almost identical) The worked fine up to yesterday and I have made no changes to them. I have a few line managers needed to log new starter requests so time (as always) is against me. @Victor do you still have credentials to access our instance?

Good morning, I am in the process of creating a new request process for my company, and an error occurred when trialling the process, I can not progress this any further as the process has failed which is fine, but how od i force close the request so it doesnt stay open and show an error in the service portal? At present, the timeline shows the error, but i would like to force this to closed as attached,
