  1. Hi Greg, thanks for your question. The behaviour that you experience with the customer search form is by design. It is only possible to associate a single customer to a request. It sounds like your aim is to provide visibility of all an organisations requests to one specific contact (that of course is part of that organisation) via your Customer Portal. I am aware of some development Change requests which should provide the functionality that I believe you are seeking. I will raise this with our product owners and see if they can provide further detail on the subject. Thanks, Dan
  2. Hi Martyn, great question, I've been eagerly awaiting this feature too! It would seem that what we are currently experiencing is the developers have exposed the "Dynamic" field types, but the mechanism to populate the list of data Providers is yet to be delivered. From Hornbill Administration version 1.0.0.262, the Data Provider will be populated with a list of your Simple lists that you have configured in the context of Hornbill Service Manager > Data > Simple Lists. Hornbill Administration build .262 should be available to customer sometime during Week 1 2016. I'll ensure the wiki is updated accordingly to accompany this release. Hope that helps, Dan
  3. Hi Martyn, thanks for your post. Our Product managers would be better placed to respond to this particular query, I've made them aware of it and hopefully they will post back soon! Thanks, Dan
  4. Hi Martyn, thanks for you post. It appears that the wiki article you mention is a little outdated. The webapp.ui application strings were removed as part of our Avant Garde project which introduced a much improved look and feel to Hornbill Collaboration and Service Manager back in Feb this year. The enabling of this particular application string is no longer required to view the shared mailbox. This is governed by the association of the mailbox role to a User's account. Once you have created a role, and associated it to the required users, it will be necessary for them to log out and then log in again to allow the new role to take effect. I will also update the wiki page. Thanks, Dan
  5. Hi Gill, further to your post last week, the Change reference relating to the mobile functionality you mention is as follows: CH00137986 - As a mobile user I want to be able to resolve and close my requests. When we've been supplied a time-frame I will post again. Thanks, Dan
  6. Hi Gill, thanks for your post. I can confirm that there are indeed plans to include this functionality in the Hornbill Mobile App. In terms of when we may see that functionality, I will have to refer to development to understand it's current status, but hopefully we will see it soon! I'll post again when I have more info. Dan
  7. Hi Alex, Thanks for your post. The Hornbill Service Manager App actually contains a number of pre-configured templates straight out-of-the-box. These can be found via Hornbill Administration by switching to the "Hornbill Service Manager" context (using the Application Context menu up at the top left) and clicking "Email > Templates". Selecting "Requests" from the list of entities available will display the list of email templates. To edit a template, click on the Template name. If you find that none of the available templates are relevant to your need, you can create a new one by clicking "Create Template". NB: It's important to ensure that when specifying the template name in your BPM Email Notification Node that it is in exactly the same form as the template name shown in the list of email templates. I find performing a copy-paste is the best approach.
