  1. We are in the process of moving away from ADFS as our Authentication provider and migrating to use Azure AD. We are working with an external vendor to complete this migration but it has not been completed yet. I have setup the new SSO profile for Azure but wanted to check in advance if its ok to multiple SSO profiles enabled at the same time? Thanks
  2. Hi, Following build 2853 being applied last night to our instance we were then unable to close Service Requests as we were getting the attached prompts: We currently don’t have anything populated under here for service request fulfilled in Platform Config…Profiles…Closure Also under Service Request Config it was Service Request Fulfilled and only when we removed this were we able to close service requests Once it was removed, this then lets us choose Service Request Fulfilled but we don’t want to have to do this Logging here as We couldnt see any other posts about this and it was not mentioned in the latest release notes New Update: Service Manager (2853) - Announcements - Hornbill Community Forums
  3. Now that we are in BST all our scheduled jobs are logging an hour later than required. Is there anyway of correcting this other than manually updating each job individually?
  4. Thanks Victor, that helps clarify the situation we are in
  5. We have a subscription for 185 full user and 95 Service Manager users. Is anyone able to advise what a user gains by being added to Service Manager Users, if they are already a full user and are already assigned to the Service Request User role? I'm just trying to understand if all our full users need to be in here or not and what access they are missing by being excluded from Service Manager Users.
