  1. Thanks Trevor. This really helps with the usability of the board.
  2. The poor filtering options on the new boards is really impacting its functionality. We use one board to manage our CAB and have over 200 cards. It is becoming quicker just to ask for the change reference in CAB than trying to use the filtering options. The scroll function is also not easy to use. Can we have an reply on this please? Are there any plans to look at this? Andy asked for an update over 3 weeks ago.

  4. Hi Gerry, I have replied to your message directly. But to re-iterate there are still functional issues not resolved, such as information missing from the footer page. All I am asking for is some time for this to be resolved and for my team to resolve the aesthetics. Our reputation certainty will not be enhanced by 2500 customers landing on a SSP which looks corrupted. Gary.

  6. Great that you are moving ITOM into a early adopter phase as we have been investing a lot of time in ITOM. However, it would be far better customer service if you provided seamless access by having the license conversations before you remove access. We have now lost access, stopping all development and progression until we have a commercial call and arrange the necessary licenses.

  8. @Daniel Dekel We are experiencing the same issue as @Martyn Houghton in that we have turned this on, but hit an issue with existing activities, where we do need to complete the 'Reason' field, but this is not appearing for existing or new activities. The activity is created on a schedule from a template and the 'require reason' is set for each outcome within the template. I have turned this experimental feature of and the reason field is available again for open activities.
