Hi All
Sorry for the basic question but I normally get involved in the reporting, I know how I could report against a custom field, but if this wasn't set when the form was published is it possible to get the value?
So I know the service, form id and field id.

Strange I couldn't see my reports (searched Reports under Platform and Service Manager in the new UI), but I have the list of id's so I created a test one and changed the id to my old reports. This opened and I bookmarked them again.
When I searched Reports again they were visible under Service Manager, not sure why they didn't show at first?

Hi @JBasey
We are looking at bring in assets via SCCM so this would be really helpful.
Its very early days for us but good to see you are getting the mappings and info you need.

This would good to know, we manually update the attribute fields with the date (you can report against these fields).

Looks like the forms where "Label" were set are ok now - I didn't check them before (only fixed the one that was reported to me) so don't know if they were all broken.
But the 3 I've checked so far are all good.

See
We found if the field was "Label" it had become blank....you can add it back and save the form, but has to be all of them before you can publish the form.

Yes needed to correct all the "Label" on the PCF before I could publish it.
I hope this is not on all forms......checking now

It looks like it (everywhere there is a Label, the field is blank) - and I can't publish any changes to that PCF (or Intelligent Capture) so can't tix it.
But I might need to correct all the missing "Labels" first.

I've just had a report of a form not working.
Checking the pcf I seeing where I assume the field was "Label" type, it is now blank.

We had it too (12:50 - 12:52)
@Martyn Houghton we also noticed it defaulted back to the original login screen (but is ok now)

the old admin UI is still present on admin.hornbill.com but we have removed the link because its only 7 days way from getting switched off and we are still seeing traffic to the old admin tool, the link removal is our "gentle reminder" that the old Admin UI will stop working very soon, and we do not want a dead link in the menu.
You will notice in that drop menu the section where the Admin link used to be is called :Useful Links" indicating this is a section of links to other "external" resources, of which the aol Admin was one. As the new admin UI is now part of the same app, there is no justification for leaving that administation link, especially when you can get at the admin/config area from the little cog icon at the bottom left of your view, or indeed, if you are a power user, by pressing Ctrl-Shift-S from anywhere and type in what you are looking for to administer.Sorry for any disruption, but we have found if we do not hurry these things along, they can stick around forever, which stalls progress, and leaves us needing to maintain two completely separate codebases.
Thanks,
Gerry
@Gerry Yes I understand your point, I assumed the admin button would take you to the new UI, but @Ehsan has shown us what to do, so hopefully my admins will be fine on the 28th April. Removing the button does remind us the change is coming.....

@Ehsan many thanks for this bit of info.
I hadn't realised the option would disappear (although makes sense), but seems a bit early to make the change, as the new Admin UI is happening on the 28th April.
Still thanks for the screenshots - I've passed this info to my other admins.

Although we can schedule the change, the dates in the Change Calendar do not update (in addition to what has already been mentioned here).

Ok I've found out a bit more about my issue, when pressing next month form move forward (like you pressed next). This seems to happen on the progressive capture forms where the date is the last field. I've added another question/field and the behaviour has stopped.
This is still a defect, although I have a workaround, that needs to be investigated.

Anyone else having trouble using the new date picker
When I try and go forward a month (eg. to April), the form move forward (like I've pressed Next), and if I try and go back a month the form moves back (like I've pressed Previous).

+1 for this - common complaint is email chain is not there.

@nasimg Are the Apps stored as Assets?
If so, you could populate a field on the Software Asset with the relevant Team (or other suitable value) and simply branch on that.
No we haven't used it yet be have plans to, this sounds like it would solve my issue.

@Berto2002 very useful tip - thanks
What I need is something that keeps the BPM tidy and achieves the "assignment to a HB support team based on an app selection". This is proving difficult to keep compact/efficient....any ideas for the community would be appreciated.

I'm trying to add an assign to a team based on what software the customer selected from a drop down.
Issue is I have a long list of 30+ apps that go to one team, having to add them one by one is going to take some time. Is there a better way of doing this? See below - this is what I've added to the BPM decision node.
Rather than adding the apps one by one, can I use a separator so I can add them on one line. This data exists as a Simple List, but I can't see a way of adding them directly from that.

I'm getting reports of staff not able to find reference numbers that they say they could previously (using the global search)
