  1. This is something that would be very helpful to our organisation as well. Steve, could you share details of how we go about doing this? We only currently use the Asset Import Utility to upload and update assets from SCCM.
  2. A smart depreciation function whereby the value updates over a defined period of time would be very useful in terms of forecasting asset refresh in future as well as easily understanding the current value of our estate. Along with this, the ability to mass update fields within existing assets (not only in relation to asset value) would be hugely beneficial to us. It is simply not feasible to ask the support team/analysts/admins to update asset information one asset at a time when potentially we are requiring updates to hundred, if not thousands of existing assets. Do anybody have a work around for this? Could these functions be added to the roadmap? Thanks
  3. I get a query execution error using that one too In another widget i have created, i have managed to view just unassigned requests using h_ownername != "N/A" so i believe this should work in this instance but i need to know how to tell the system to exclude not include. Is there any documentation around the configuration of widgets that I could read through?
  4. That doesnt work either, it applies but doesnt make any change to the chart. The unassigned requests are showing in a column named N/A so i have tried is not null and is not ('N/A') ive tried using 'and' and 'WHERE' but neither are working.
  5. I have tried that but it only shows me unassigned calls then, not those with the engineers. I also tried is not null but this gives me an error
  6. Hello, I am trying to create some status widgets showing engineers call assignments. The widget has been created to show how many active calls each engineer is currently working on but for this instance, i want to exclude the unassigned calls from the support queue. This is the filter I am currently using, is there anyway I can exclude the unassigned calls that appear in an N/A column in the chart? h_status IN('status.new','status.open','status.onHold') and h_requesttype IN ('Incident', 'service request') and h_fk_team_name IN ('MSE DS Desktop Support - 2nd Line') Thanks Sam
