  1. Same issue for us with calls that have been logged today. The on hold time has elapsed the real world time, without the calls coming off of hold automatically. NB: This is preventing us from sending emails to customers, as the only option is to update a call all other options on the ticket are greyed out.

  3. Same for us - We can only see "My Requests". It is only affecting some users as well, but for those of us who have the issue it just sits on "My Requests" and no posts load.
  4. Can confirm - Just refreshed our instance and now it appears to be working. Many thanks Victor.
  5. Hi, We are still getting this error on our instance this morning. Is this still pending a fix?
