I'm trying to add a new category for a service request but am struggling where to find my existing categories for me to amend them

I would like to setup an e-mail alert they would be sent to a group of managers should a Priority 1 ticket be raised Is this possible and what sections of the application would I find this? Many Thanks Mark

It seems that I have now lost the ability to create reports

I have found the link but now when clicking on Measures I dont see anything
