  1. Hi, Is it possible to pull the date and time into a External Authorisation Node for a linked request. I have been using Cloud Automation to covert the date and time however this is not pulling through into the External Authorisation Node. I have another Authorisation Node in the process where I have used Custom fields from 'Get Request Detail' which pull through the date and time, but the time is an hour behind due to daylight saving time. Hi, I was hoping someone could help with a problem I'm experiencing in a BPM I have a 'Goto if' node in a process which depends on an amount entered in the pro-cap, if the amount is over 250 the process runs in one direction and if under in another direction. Upon testing regardless of what amount is entered the request always runs in the route for under 250. I have attached a copy of the Pro-cap setting also the setting in the Goto. Thank you Janettgo
  6. Hi, Custom fields 30-40 were not populating in emails whilst testing however they were populating in the Human Task node, I therefore used the variable within the email template i.e. {{Extended Information.H_custom_31} and this seems to have resolved the issue. Janett
  7. Hi, I'm using custom fields 30-40 in my pro cap for single and multi line text fields, these are not pulling though into my email templates however some of these fields are pulling through into a Human Task in the BPM any ides why this may be? Thank you Janett

  9. Hi, I have been doing some calculations and was wondering if anyone could assist me further please. (The examples below are the custom fields used on the left and the results on the right) The first two calculations are x two numbers then adding a % this works okay when the % is 1.20 but changing this to 1.00 nothing pulls through does anyone have any idea as to why this may be. The other four are test entering the custom fields different ways. I'm trying to achieve how to times two numbers or more together using custom fields also how to add numbers together. Please see previous thread below where this topic was discussed. Thank you Janett

  11. Hi, How do we get to automatically change a customer within a BPM, I have tried using 'Contact (From Variable)' also a few other possible options i.e 'Co-worker From Variable) however am unable to change the customer. Thank you Janett
  12. Thank you Conor, I'll have to have a rethink as there's a character limit of 1024 for External Authorisation which is restricting the amount of information I need to pull through. Thank you again Janett

An update was made Q3 - 2019 to to allow the Request Authorisers to view a request before authorising, I currently have an External Authorisation in my process which I require the above for, is there a way a request can be viewed by the authoriser while using External Authorisation node instead the Authorisation Node or any alternatives.   14. Thank you for all your advice, I changed the pro cap to include a Date & Time field, the Cloud Automation Node then worked accordingly and activated the Expiry Node properly. When Testing I selected one hour in advance to take account for British Summer Time on the application entry, the process followed the correct timeframe also emails followed through at the correct time when taking BST into account.   17. Hi, Please advise, I have a suspend await expiry node which is not working as expected, an email shoudl be sent after the case is closed, please advise how this can be resolved. Thank you
