Hope you are well and looking forward to the weekend.
Please would it be possible for your help? Is there a way that a user can be a member of two queues at the same time please? For example, a user is a member of the project management team but also a member of a managers group. When they are assigned an incident, they then have the option of putting the incident into their manager queue rather than the project managers queue, in order that the stats will show against the managers rather than the project manager team?

Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way for a task to be automatically created with a checklist please? I have been able to create a template with a set task, however I can not see an option for a Check List to be added automatically when a project is created. Thank you.

Is there a way please within Hornbill Project Manager for the time in a change that is linked to a project, to be shown within the project Total Time?
For example, the total time on a project is showing as 5 hours, however a change linked to the project is showing 10 hours. Can the Project Time show a total of 15 hours.

When opening a task using the Task reference only, is there a way to find out which project the task is linked to please? I have been sent a task reference and selected every heading but am unable to see which project the task is part of.

Please would it be possible to advise if there is a way when assigning a request to a third party that we can force the person to add an asset before progressing to the next step and display a message similar to "Please link the relevant third party asset".

We are currently using the field type 'Date & Time control', the other option we could use is 'Between date' but will this still allow us to set the time please?

We were just wondering if there was any update on the above query please? Currently we are having a problem with customers being able to add an end date which is before the start date on a change and we are then not able to edit the date. Ideally it would be good if it was not possible for the customer to enter an end date that was before the start date but failing that we really need to be able to edit the dates.

Currently in Project Manager under project stakeholders there are 3 roles, Member, Project Manager and Sponsor. Is there a way to add a further role please or adjust the access levels of the existing roles please?

Please would it be possible for your help/advice?
We are currently using Microsoft Project Online which feeds into Hornbill Project Manager. On a new task there is the option "Notify Project Manager on completion", however when a task is feeding from Project Online this option is being disabled so the project managers are not notified when the task is complete. I logged this with support who have advised to make sure that the option app.com.hornbill.projectmanager.projectTasks.notification.notifyProjectManagerOnCompletion is switched on, which it is. Does anyone have any other ideas please on how we can stop the "Notify PM" button from being switched off please?

Please would it be possible for your help/advice? Currently in Hornbill Project Manager Resourcing under the Stakeholders heading there is a button that will show ALL tasks for a selected user. Under the Teams heading is there a way or would it be possible to view ALL of the teams tasks as a list? Thank you.

Please would it be possible for an additional search field to be added to the main Project Manager page? Currently there is a Search field and then a drop down for 'Project Status' and 'Project Managers', would it be possible to add a drop down list to be able to select By Type please?

Thank you. Is there is no way of showing this within the actual application? Obviously project managers and engineers require this information but do not have access to run reports so having it displayed in the application would be fantastic.
Also, is there no way of adding an Incident to the Relationship tab in Project Manager please?
