Following on from the session yesterday, would it be possible to request a change to the "Add Connections" node? Currently you can only add one connection per node, would it be possible to add multiple connections in a single node, or alternatively create the ability to get connections from a group in the Hornbill org structure, using the same functionality as the "Get request authorisers" node? Thanks

Our users have the same issue, we have found it is using built in conditions (E.g. last 7 days, last 30 days) If you pick a specific date it looks to load the chart ok.

+1 I tried these notices last week and had the same result, I tried wrapping the time variable in square brackets as this works in other areas of the system but this doesn't appear to work for notices.

I've also had reports this week from agents saying they are not getting e-mail notifications when customers update the request. I also had another agent report yesterday that the status is not updating in their list view when the customer updates?
