  1. Hi there, Hope you can help. I have a human task within a BPM that has three outcomes. One of the outcomes I have a capture outcome field called Port Number. This is a single line text field and I would like to set the default value to an intelligent capture answer. Is placing an expression possible within the default value field? I have attempted the following but however it shows the expression as it is displayed and not the value with the custom field M. Please see below

  5. Hi All, We need to consider alternative approaches for how we log faults for wards. We discussed the issues of the wards logging tickets on shared devices and the difficulties of getting in touch with the person who reported the fault but then has gone off shift. Ideally we’d log a ticket for the ward as a general area (eg the requestor is “Alligator Ward”, not an individual), and then that area is associated with a set of users (eg all the nurses in charge + the ward manager for alligator) so they’d all get an email confirming the fault was logged and (in due course) could all go into the portal and check the status. We could associate the profile of the Alligator Ward ‘requestor’ to the nurse in charge phone number for the purposes of contact details. Hope that makes sense! Can you think how we can easily automate this please? We discussed if it is possible to assign a ticket via members of a team and for that team to receive an email alert that a ticket has been raised within their ward? Thank you

  7. Hi there, It appears that there is an issues with the BPM for all our quick closures. Cannot find the root of the problem therefore can I please have assistance. This is currently affecting the Service desk team from closing their call. Thanks.
  8. Hi I am unable to create a new team without this error message appearing despite following the same existing setup of another team.
  9. Is there a rule that can be designed instead and then applied at a user rights level instead (as a role?), and by default all other users will not have the rights to raise a P1 or P2?
  10. Hi Steve, Thanks for your reply Yes that is correct we only want ICT Directors/ Assistant Directors/ Head's of Department within the ICT department. Not sure how to identify those users. I may need help to show how to create this as there are many different Progressive captures! Regards, Jamie
  11. Good Morning, I need your help please. How do we limit certain users who can have permissions to raise only P1 & P2 calls. Not happy for just everyone to be able to raise this. Can this be developed if there is no feature on HB? Thanks, Jamie

I need to move over existing HB requests/incidents from EPR Technical (to remove) and replace with a new team called "EPR Printers & Devices". Note sure: How to transfer the existing queue and I cannot create the new team as do not know where the "Organisation Id" is being pulled from? Thanks
  13. @DaniellRi: Hey Daniel, Thanks for your help with the report before. Is there a way to also pull out the last logged on date with the subcribed users also? Just wish there was download feature to easily pull out the information
