Very sad time in the change industry today.

@Victor is it yet possible to auto link a ticket via a BP using a value from a simple list?
For example we have a list that has changes on their that we count as standard and would like to raise again and again but have the new ones link to the original. The new tickets we raise already pull in all the summary and description details but it does not auto link. -

Hi all, we're about 90mins in and a lot of sad-face being directed at me ...
Is there a handle on how long we're staring down to recover our instance?

Any ideas how to resolve this? We still seem to be getting the same error after trying the following:
>Browser refresh + cache
>Restart browser
>Log in and out
>Machine reboot -

Seems broken for myself still

Guessing there is no easy way to do this? Is there a DELETE query that can be ran against the DB as i can run a SELECT and get all the results but a DELETE comes back with an error:
SELECT * FROM h_sys_tasks WHERE h_assigned_to = 'urn:sys:user:name'
