  1. We have noticed that when sending an email to a Customer from a ticket, the status is missing: Does anyone get the same or know how to resolve it?
  2. On our Hornbill platform there is an error when trying to raise a incident - Progressive capture 'CBC Service Process' load error! No capture id found for CBC Service Process So, it would seem to be a configuration issue with our services, but how can we resolve it?
