  1. Thanks for the reply I was hoping to have modules , eg for rejection in stage 2 & 3 and call it when needed and then return to an early stage eg stage 1 for reasseement. It was to save duplication of portions of workflows in each stage but thats OK I can set up a template to use
  2. Hi I don't know if its been asked before but is there a way to go back and re run a previous stage of a BPM workflow? eg Stage 1, Stage 2 ,Stage 3 Is it possible that if an approver in Stage 3 rejects an authorisation node is there a way to re run Stage 2 or Stage 1 depending on the out come of stage 3 ?
  3. Thanks for the quick reply, The Assign to a role would work- shame its not a free txt that could be done with some free txt manipulation but i can always use a series of custom fields
  4. Looking through the threads I came across https://community.hornbill.com/topic/22378-task-assignment-assign-to-variable-for-groups/#comment-105492 Is there any scope for a future improvement to enable Task Assignment - Assign to Variable for Groups/Roles as this would make the BPM's a lot slicker as there is potentially up to a dozen group/roles The Teams make up would be for example TEAM_A TEAM_A_DEVS, TEAM_A_TESTERS , TEAM_A_BUSINESS ........ TEAM_B TEAM_B_DEVS, TEAM_B_TESTERS , TEAM_B_BUSINESS ........ TEAM_C ...... The roles could be then dynamicaly assigned without the need for quite a few Decision branches. Thanks in advance
  5. HI In a service manager business process work flow I have a task allocated to an organisational Group, however the members of that group do not have visibility or access to perform that task allocated to the group. Looking at your wiki Page article there is a section on Allow Task Assignment which looks like it would correct the issue. Looking at the page in Hornbill the I only have is 'Show in Organisational Structure'. Can you please advise how I can check the Allow Task Assignment setting for the group Thanks in Advance
  6. After noon @Steve Giller The admin function is now available, thanks for your speedy reply and fix

  8. Morning Trevor In our test instance I have set the review date of a document to be yesterday and the document isn't appearing in the Documents due for Review, DO I have to trigger some internal process for the doc to appear in the Documents due for review ?
  9. Hi Thank you for adding the Suspend -> Wait for Document option in the Service Manager Business Workflow. It is possible to add extra functionality such as 1. Restrict what Library users can select documents (or be able to pre populate the drop down) 2. Hide the upload Document button Thanks
  10. Good afternoon In the document manager My documents and Libraries Is it possible to have a filter or order by 'Review Date' option ? TIA
  11. HI @Steven Boardman The suspend facility is working fine and has helped in our work flow processes, Im just wondering if its possible to set the Action Focus to the Doc Manager Icon as there doesn't appear to be an option for this in the dropdown. Thanks
  12. HI I have an auto task to publish a document to a specific library. Is it possible to remove a document from a specific library using the BPM ?
  13. 14. Good Afternoon Using the work around to Pause a workflow to enable the user to link to a document in the Document Manager Is there any way to restrict the functionality so as the user can only select a specific Document Library ? Also is it possible to disable the Upload New Document button so that the user can only link to 'Approved' documents ? Ade
  15. Hi @Steven Boardman do you have any idea when this is likely to be scheduled ?
