  1. Hi Steve, I've just tried it and now I'm getting 200 OK? I doubled check to see I wasn't using an Environment in Postman and I wasn't but now it works, strange... I have only ever been doing GET or POST as that is all I need. Very odd. Ryan
  2. Hi Steve, I tried doing post previously and received 501 in Postman, so not sure if I need to setup anything other than API Key in the admin portal? Or something else I'm missing in Postman? My request below with key and instance name omitted.
  3. Hi Guys, Have been trying to pull from the API, I have created a key and tried running GET /session/?op=getSessionInfo to api.hornbill.com but all it seems to return is the API help page? I've been doing this postman, and i'm sending the API key in the header like Authorization: ESP-API <apikey> Probably doing something wrong Thanks
  4. @Victor again this morning our users couldn't login, its back up now but can this be looked into?
  5. @Victor it has been down in periods all day and our internal users had reported slowness all day also, the error above was there for around 10 mins or so. It seems to be fine now. Thanks

  7. All, Worked out that the API key wasn't authenticating so I created a new one and it ran fine, i guess this is why the runID was returning NULL which is what the argument is length of zero means. Thanks Ryan

  9. Just realized that someone had made portal visbility "hidden" sorry for posting.

Hi, Seeing this (attached) error today on the customer portal, i logged in as the guest account and could briefly see the service I created for the customer portal but all of a sudden got the below error. I'm using the portal visibility option to hide from our internal users this service and allowing all contacts that we have to see the service on the customer portal.
  11. Thanks for response, I was doing it incorrectly I was selecting organization instead of Company. I selected our company and then the service was available I was confused as our company appears both as an organisation and company on the subscriber section.
  12. Hi, Most likely missing something but when I add subscribers to a service using Organizations in order to hide it from other organizations/contacts the service disappears even though I'm a member of the organization? When I remove it it comes back. Thanks Ryan

  14. @Victor I'm not subscribed to customer manager ... but had permissions on it which is strange considering i always have had permissions and no issue ..

  16. @Victor the error logs contain sensitive information? Wasn't aware of this. Not had it again when we do I will look in developer console on the effected machine. Ryan
  17. Hi, Finally had this happen again, when clicking Raise New - Incident it says the Progressive Capture is empty (it isn't as we use it all the time but today its started doing it). This was on Google Chrome, went to IE and the same error doesn't happen. Log files attached. <attachment removed by ADMIN>

  20. We have had this issue on a few administrators, can changes like this be notified so we can be prepared to adjust please? As far as I could see I can't see any notice about this change and have for the last hour tried to work out what was wrong, even though i agree in principle with the change.
  21. I assume its something to do with the runID, the only reason I can see that the script returns "argument is length of zero" is if runID input is the length of zero? I don't know if that parameter has changed but the only reason I can see why it says what is says.

  24. Hi, A couple of issues I have with trying to pull a report with R in PowerBi using one of your scripts from github. If I keep in the line if(runID > 0) it tells me the argument is of the length of zero when the report has been run 3 times previously. If i take that line out I get further but then I get - Error in grepl(runStatus, "completed") : invalid 'pattern' argument Thanks Ryan
  25. Sounds like we had to many subscribers to the Customer Manager application, is it not possible to cap this so someone can't assign more users than we have licenses for? Ryan
