  1. I have one user who is getting the same issue stating an error occurred contact your system administrator

We have set up a multiple trusted forest setup on our AD's as we have three major companies being integrated into one, but the AD integration isn’t planned for a while, but need to run LDAP on different domains so that all our customers can login and raise support calls. Any advice how I can complete this, we have successfully working on one domain but need help getting it to work on the other two.

  4. @LyonelYes I understand that and have that working in the BPM, but can't locate the BPM for the email creation of tickets, see below
  5. We have setup on our shared mailbox, that any email from a customer raises a ticket when an email comes into it and assigns to first line support, I need some guidance on how i can get the system to email the case number back to the customer? I have it setup and working to email the customer when a ticket is raised manually but cant seem to find the process for the mailbox
  6. Have removed mobile device off account and now with password reset and account active getting the above.
  7. One of my co-workers is having the same issue, I have deleted and recreated his account, but when we try to log in as him is comes up with account suspended @NadeemMazhar is there something I am missing?
