Hi @Gerry and @Ehsan Is there an update on this one? Is it likely that the functionality will ever be introduced? Regards, Jamie

Critical! - Unable to raise requests via the service portal
PSG replied to Keith's topic in Service Manager
this appears to have resolved our issue -
Hi @Daniel Dekel, I can confirm that i can now see the all groups. Thanks for sorting. Regards, Jamie

@DanielRi Hi Daniel, I hope you're well. There seems to be some confusion with this one. Per my note, since Hornbill Collaboration (829) was rolled out it appears 'Live' users can only assign Activities to teams they're a member ofThere is a suggestion that "...this was always the case. But since the "Allow Task Assignment" setting was not previously enforced, it might appear that it was possible." @Victor and @Daniel Dekel are progressing IN00151106 for us. Please can you confirm that we've always worked this way? i.e. since we started using Hornbill we've always assigned Activities to other teams. Thanks, Jamie

Please find attached three screenshots: IN00151106_1 - the teams i'm a member of IN00151106_2 - my, Activity > Assign to > Group options IN00151106_3 - 'Task Assignment' status for our Support teams As you can see. The teams are set to Task Assignment > Yes however i cannot see them as i'm not a member.

Since Hornbill Collaboration (829) was rolled out it appears 'Live' users can only assign Activities to teams they're a member ofPlease can this be looked at ASAP as we rely on assigning activities to other teams as part of our Support Process.Regards

Thanks @James Ainsworth, it looks like our signing and decrypting certs were renewed on the 4th June. It appears coincidental that after exactly 5 days it's stopped working. Do we have to update anything in Hornbill if either of those certs change?"

From this morning we get an error (below) when trying to access our instance. We use adfs authentication however nothing has changed from 'our side'. Everything was okay yesterday. We updated to the current version of Service Manager (979) yesterday. The instance is available as i can login with the admin account. Please can someone look at this ASAP as we need the service live for Monday morning. I contacted the cloud support number who suggested raising it on here. Regards, Jamie

Hi @Gerry, Thanks for the reply. We've run the latest update to Document manager and are still having the same issue - i.e. permissions applied / shared at the Library level do not apply to the documents within. Regards, Jamie
-
Hi @trevorharris, We've noticed that you can now set a priority against a 'non-BPM' priority which is great. Is there any way that we can update the priority names to reflect our Requests priorities? for example, we use P1 - P5 to assign Requests and would like to have our Activities with matching Priorities. Also, currently we cannot filter the Activity view on Priority - will this also be introduced? Thanks, Jamie
