  1. Hi, I noticed that the service domains are displayed in the order they show in the settings page, Home > Service Catalog > Service Domains. Can we have the option to drag and drop reorder these please? Thanks, Dan
  2. @Daniel Dekel I am assuming by a different page per company you mean a different visibility per company, like you can do with users and basic users? I think this will be the biggest blocker for us to use the employee portal as our company landing page as the different businesses within the group need to have only relevant news articles etc displayed to them. Looking forward to seeing the employee portal mature
  3. @Daniel Dekel yes please. I am hoping to show some widgets based on membership to the group and others based on membership to the separate group entities. So the home company will be 1,2 or 3 and they will also all be a member of the group so it should be able to show based on (Hornbill) group membership and home company (if that makes sense) So if a user has a home company of 2 it will show all widgets that should show under that filter AND the company 'group plc' filtered widgets.
  4. Hi, I know that the logo/branding etc on the landing page can change for a user based on the home company set in their user account. Is there any way of filtering the visible widgets using this as well? If not, can there be? Same for service domain pages as well?
  5. Ok, I will have to find out exactly what the requesting team are looking for. Thanks @Daniel Dekel
  6. Ok. Could you allow HTML code in the links widget? Like: <iframe width="600" height="450" frameborder="0" style="border:0" src="https://www.google.com/maps/embed/v1/place?q=place_id:ChIJs_-cPeBsdkgR2BHwGRRVI2Q&key=..." allowfullscreen></iframe> would show a google maps frame focused on your office if I embedded it into a webpage.
  7. @Daniel Dekel this doesnt appear to work in IE11 (sick emoji) vs Vivaldi / Chrome / Firefox: But it would be good either way if I could set the minimum image size to whatever WxH so that all images are the same size and I can make them larger than the automatic sizing if required.
  8. Hi, I know there is a lot of work going on with the links widget on the employee portal so I just want to add this to this list. Can we have options around image sizes please? We have links on our sharepoint page that are a fixed width and if I add them to the link widget it trims the image. I want to be able to set the image size and then the widget work out the number of links per line based on that. Thanks Dan
  9. @Daniel Dekel Sweet! I have just been talking to our Marketing team about replacing our Sharepoint landing page so standby for a boat load of requirements from me!
  10. Hi @Daniel Dekel Something that just displays RSS feeds nicely like this: And allows click through to the actual site link if applicable Thanks, Dan
  11. Hi, Can I request an iFrame widget to display on the employee portal to show things like Google Maps/you tube videos etc. Thanks, Dan
  12. Hi, Can I request an RSS feed widget to display on the employee portal. Thanks, Dan
  13. @Steven Boardman yep, if I can set it in the BPM then that would work fine. I can control the request Summary and just post open requests on the Facilities page for all to see. If the widget can be set to only show in progress status requests then all would be good in the world. You said incidents in your post but I am assuming this would be for all request types? If so sounds like a plan.
  14. @Daniel Dekel damn, I was aiming for 100% On a serious note, it is good to see all of yours and the guys hard work, in the flesh, as it were. I only raise so many requests because I like it so much and want it to do everything!
  15. @Daniel Dekel just out of interest how many things on your list have my name next to them The more I use the employee portal, the more I want it to do so expect more requests from me lol
  16. @Steven Boardman yeah I get that is why it hasnt been done at the moment. But if we can have an option on the CI level in the portfolio that allows all users to view the requests, it will only impact that one CI (or RI) It can be made clear on the PC that all requests logged are visible to all business users etc. Other than that, I do have a request to allow groups to be added as connections (for this very reason) and I can just add our 'All Staff' group as connections. I get the security aspect, I just feel like for certain requests (like Facilities) that affect a large number of staff it is not really an issue for all staff to have visibility of the summary/status of a request.
  17. Hi Miro, There are no conditional fields on the request form: Most fields are dynamic drop downs or free text fields. All but 4 fields are mandatory. I will raise a ticket with support. Thanks, Dan
  18. Hi @Miro, Worth logging a support ticket with an API key? Then you can see the exact ticket. It is a custom form for our IT Change Control process. Alternatively I am down at your office tomorrow so could show you on my laptop?
  19. Hi, I have noticed that mandatory fields are not shown as such on some PCs until text has been entered and deleted. There is no * to denote mandatory. When form first loads: Text added and removed: This obviously makes it difficult to know what questions have been missed to allow submission. I have also noticed that if a field has a regex check, it shows as red on the form when completed (still allows submission though).
  20. @Daniel Dekel Ok. Could we maybe have a filter option in config to only show services with a domain? Like with only show favourites/impacted etc.
  21. Hi, I am unable to log a change request using the Employee Portal. I fill out the form, all mandatory fields are completed but the next button is greyed out. Logging the request via service.hornbill.com or via the analyst view of live.hornbill.com works fine (same PC). This is impacting only one RI as far as I can tell. Thanks, Dan
  22. Hi, I am unable to remove a service from all service domains. If I set the domain blank I get this warning: But if I try and update the service I cant because the Service Domain field is mandatory. Maybe remove the mandatory flag on service domain and have the service category mandatory if domain is set? This also means that I am unable to edit service details that are currently showing on the service.hornbill.com portal but have never had a domain set. Thanks, Dan
  23. Hi, Under the 'All Services' widget, I have noticed that all service.hornbill.com published services show, even if they don't have a service domain. Is this expected behaviour? Or am I missing something? I was under the impression that only services with a domain would be shown on the employee portal. Thanks, Dan
