  1. Hi all, I have had it reported to me that our BPMs that take a date from a capture and insert it into a summary or description field are now showing these dates in US date format. Is this a change or an issue? Thanks, Dan
  2. @Ehsan so this question shows as not completed when it is completed when clicking 'Next' on the PC. This only happens when PC2 is enabled and when other dynamic questions are added to the form (seems to be these): These questions have 3 override flags set: Change Type in the CGL flag is a simple list with CGL appended to the change type in raw but not shown in display. If PC2 is disabled then this question works as expected but the regex for a different form fails to work correctly (as per my original post in this thread).
  3. @Victor one issue I have now is with PC2 enabled one of my captures fails as below: Only happens when dynamic questions are added to the form though (though this question itself is dynamic). Even if I turn off the requirement to have the question answered it still fails in the same way. With PC2 off this question works fine but then the regex question on a different form doesn't work as expected.
  4. @Victor ok so switching PC2 off and back on after I made the change made it work on the form on the portal. Thanks.
  5. @Victor PC2 was turned off, but if I turn it on there is no difference. If I use the new or old admin UI then this is the result whilst editing the PC As you can see with many spaces it still passes the expression check. On the actual form on the portal it passes as well.
  6. Hi all, I have a field in an IC form that should limit the number of digits to 6 and return an error if anything else is entered: ^\d{6}$ However if the user adds a space to the end of the numbers then it is still allowed. I have tried this: ^[0-9]{6}$ which should be the same but explicitly stating the numbers 0-9 and still have the same issue. Both above regex expressions match correctly in other applications and on testing sites by disallowing the data if a space is added to the end of the numbers. Am I missing something here or is this a bug?
  7. @Gerry I assume that the templates are applied to users as part of the import process and need OUs to identify the users to have the template applied? If this is the case then creating new OUs for each team isn't really possible for us.
  8. @Steve Giller at the moment I have 43 teams in Hornbill, with potentially more on the way. So if I use AD then I have to create a new sub OU for Hornbill users (not something we like to do) under the admin OU and general users OU and then 43 AD groups and relevant import tasks plus other work for Azure AD imports for other parts of the group. If I want to add or remove a role then I have to change the import config for that user group/team. Having the ability to create a role group within admin>roles will be infinitely easier as adding to a Hornbill team is a 'day of' request so I would need to either trigger the import tool or just manually add the user. Plus I assume that people who want to be able to add users to roles based on AD fields could also just add said user to the single role created as a role group (if this feature were added) allowing the role to be the only point of configuration rather than having to add new roles/remove un-needed roles in the import config
  9. This is more for when we have users added to Teams due to change of role or change of BU or similar. We have a lot of change going on and I find myself adding users to roles almost daily. It would be so much easier to have a group of roles per team. As for new users, our AD is split into admins / everyone else (largely to allow for simple GPO application for default permissions). Some users have a group membership as part of their team for shared mailboxes or storage resources but not all, everyone has a department and Hornbill adds them to that. But adding (Hornbill) users to roles in Hornbill has always been manual for me.
  10. We would need the ability to add more than one role group. For example a user may be part of the IT Service Desk, giving them access to IN and SR requests and relevant mailboxes, but also a member of the IT Change team, thereby needing access to CH requests, mailbox and change calendar etc. Maybe a setting to be able to limit the amount of groups a user can be added to?
  11. Hi, Could we have the ability to create roles using other roles (bad way to describe it I know). Say I have an analyst starting in the IT Service Desk and they all have a defined role set. At the moment I either have to add the individual roles to the user account or create a custom role and add application rights, database rights etc. It would be much easier to create a role and add other current roles to it and then save the new role as 'IT Service Desk analyst' Thanks, Dan
  12. Hi, Can we have a couple of additions to the actions available when multiple requests are selected please? Link requests would be useful rather than having to add them from the requests Resolve and Close rather than having them as two separate actions The ability to email the customer would also be useful but may be more niche (we often have phishing simulations/forced password resets/additional access to new resources etc affecting multiple users and the ability to email them all at once would be handy) Thanks, Dan
  13. Hi @Ehsan didnt work I am afraid. And that is logging in with Chrome (which I have never done on this machine before, my default browser is Vivaldi) and following the F12 > Empty cache and hard reload
  14. @ArmandoDM I will have to check with the IT team for this service. If it happens again I will raise a support ticket. Seems to be just a one off at the moment. Thanks.
  15. @ArmandoDM has this change been rolled out to other instances? I have the opposite issue this morning, when a ticket was assigned to a team, but a notification was sent to another team with a similar name. Service Team IT (not actual name) was assigned a ticket, Service Team (a group used to provide access to a portal service) all got a team assignment email.
  16. @Victor can I up the limit for pdf? They use if for an ExCo report and it worked once (02/11) so they want it like that now. Edit: Looking at the report it seems to have cut off everything past column 8 anyway so don't worry about it. I'll tell them that just like it is
  17. Hi, Can we have some cloud automation around MS Project online? The ability to create a new project from a change ticket would be great for us. As well as updating projects when changes are complete etc.
  18. @Deen we are getting the limit again. Report with 31 columns is failing with the same message as last time. I have saved a copy of the report and removed a column and still have the issue.
  19. @Deen same for us. Many reports that have worked fine for a number of years with over 20 columns suddenly don't work anymore. I cant find a place to change the column limit so assume that this is hard coded somewhere. This isn't a change in error reporting, it is a change of behaviour of reports. Can this be looked at urgently as I dont really want to have to create all our monthly ExCo reporting manually.
  20. Can we have the icon open the service portal in a new tab please?(This was the behaviour on the old UI)
  21. It is Vivaldi. Chromium based. Guess it is just another Vivaldi-ism I will have to get used to lol
