  1. Having extensively being using the Mobile version when away from my main PC for a while, I've dogged stayed with the Classic theme until this rollout and I discovered that this is also affecting it in more "irritating" ways there.
  2. Same on our instance. If you do not refresh a window with a working view it will still work. Only seems to affect new connections.
  3. Cloudflare are moving to resolution. Now back for us.
  4. In an update, just seeing Cloudflare errors so may be the root cause. https://www.cloudflarestatus.com/
  5. Some of our UK based users cannot get to live.hornbill.com and forums.hornbill.com and get the following error. However on another geographical location, I can access. Is there a local issue?
  6. Not seeing this issue on my instance so may be sporadic?
  7. I'm seeing search failures in my searches too. Although I'm able to work around my specific issues, it's probable that it won't work in your situation.
  8. Seems to be affecting both live.hornbill.com and service.hornbill.com too.
  9. Welcome! :-)

Oh hey, bro. I never saw this before today!

  10. Don't know if you've seen my update on this post: I've found a workaround, but it's got limitations and is definitely not a supported route. Mileage may vary but it's an option worth exploring. Jon.
  11. Just an update on this, after making the ADFS go live, I noticed when I used (in error) my old saved favourite for accessing live.hornbill.com using the password page continues to ask for the Hornbill password instead of my new favourite to https://live.hornbill.com/<instancename> My saved link (with anything traceable removed highlighted in red): https://live.hornbill.com/<instancename>/lib/saml/auth/simplesaml/module.php/core/loginuserpass.php?AuthState=<Unique_ID>%3Ahttps%3A%2F%2Flive.hornbill.com%2F<instancename>%2Flib%2Fsaml%2Fauth%2Fsimplesaml%2Fmodule.php%2Fcore%2Fas_login.php%3FAuthId%3DESP%26ReturnTo%3Dhttps%3A%2F%2Flive.hornbill.com%2F<instancename> In my testing this is user specific (I can't recycle this for other users as it contains an unique ID) and can only be setup whilst SSO is off to actually get the login page up. It's very much a fudge exploiting what I perceive to be an undocumented feature but this may work for you. Jon.
  12. Thanks this saved a lot of painstaking log analysis on my side to find why it wasn't working. Jon.
  13. Thanks Trevor, That's answered a question I was mulling over whilst doing this task. Jon.
  14. Hi Victor, Thanks for this, however I have just tried this and still tries to authenticate via ADFS. When I turn off the SSO Profile I then get a Hornbill Authentication. Jon.
  15. Trevor's interpretation is correct. We only want end user access via the Service Portal only to be utilising Single Sign On. The biggest challenge would be if a critical issue with our AD or Network meaning we were effectiely locked out of Hornbill. (That being said, the inability to login to Hornbill won't be high on the list to fix!) Jon.
  16. Great News. I am now able to authenticate via ADFS. Thanks Removing this generic error really helped! However: All hornbill domains are now pointing to ADFS. Can we restrict this to the service domain only? Jon.
