Hi All, I would like to know if it is possible to prepopulate the details field with text when you select a BPM process. Currently the only thing that gets populated when the process is selected is the summary with the name of the process. Second question relating self service diary population: When you choose a checkbox as the question type how do you get it to use the Value to populate the call diary rather than the display name like it does with a radio button?
