    we may have a case for GRC within the business as we've had a request to review how they currently manage their HSEQ auditing and follow up on non-conformance etc... are any other organisations using GRC in this manner that would be happy to have a chat?

  3. Hello

    when running any reports in Service Manager today, if a report takes longer than 10 seconds to run then the report is blank. The file size is c.200bytes and only includes the column headers. 

    If you filter the report to a much smaller result and it runs less than 10 seconds, then the reports exports as expected 

    Any ideas?

    We currently use the R-Script solution to integrate with PowerBI for reporting. However, this solution does cause issues as the script seems to need changing every 12 months (and when you have 50+ reports to update, it's not good) 

    We're now looking at using the data export tool to extract a few key data sets to a SQL instance on Azure. We will then use that as the data source for PowerBI reports.

    Has anyone else done this yet? 

    If so, it would be great to hear what you learnt from the process

  5. Good Morning

    I wanted to add a link to our Company Privacy notice into the Terms and Conditions on the Customer Portal. However, there doesn't seem to be an elegant way of adding a hyperlink. 

    HMTL doesn't work and a wiki markup link continues to show the full link. See below screenshot. It's very possible I'm missing something of course.

    If there is a better place to add a link to out privacy notice on the Customer Portal Login screen, please let me know

  6. Hi

    I'm trying to find out which of our services have feedback enabled, but on the h_itsm_services table the value in the h_feedback_enabled column is 0 for all services, even though we have a number of services that have the star rating and / or questions enabled. Is there another way to report on which services have feedback switched on?

  7. Would it be possible to be able edit the search to be able to say whether it will only search FAQ's or Requests etc... 

    This would be particularly useful for limiting it to FAQ's on our main home page

  8. Morning

    during testing today we discovered a formatting issue when viewing the portal on a mobile device. 

    The section highlighted in Red, which includes the menu is not visible because the text is white. If you click on the right hand side of this area, the menu slides out from the right, but appears blank because the text is again, in white.

    If you switch the phone to night mode to change the background to black, then you see the title and menu correctly.

  9. Hi

    We've come across an issue with the way the Employee Portal displays tables in the FAQ's. 

    One of our FAQ's has a table in it which is nicely formatted with colours etc... which was copied from Excel and this used to display fine on the old portal.

    However, on the Employee portal, it looks like this and not very good.
